Triara Rookie champions: all 96 of the category

The Rookie is Triara’s entry category and the most crowded: 96 of the catalogue’s 288 champions. Every new team starts with six, two per lane, and Bronze’s free agents are almost all Rookies. A typical Rookie has 1,500 power, is worth 250 coins and earns 3 per round, but within the category there is more than a 50% gap between the weakest (1,183) and the strongest (1,814), and that gap is worth money: value grows with the square of power.

That is why this post’s table is the one you check most in Bronze. A top-10% Rookie gets close to a Prospect and costs about a third less; developed to level 10, one in twelve beats the typical Prospect. Signing those cheaply and growing them is the most profitable business in the game.

Rookies in figures

By lane there are 15 tanks, 48 fighters and 33 shooters: only 16% of Rookies are tanks, and since every team needs one, it is the first to vanish from the free agents. By class, warriors (43) and mages (23) lead. The figures run from 2,450–3,413 health, 465–825 damage, 7–10 agility and 3–11 resistance; value from 155–366 coins, and wage from 2–4. By ara, 32 Sun, 32 Moon and 32 Tide.

Before signing a Rookie, compare its power with the others of its lane in this table, not with the category’s reference figure: a tank at 1,532, like Vaelwyn, is excellent even if its power looks low next to a shooter’s. And remember the captain cannot be sold: choose carefully who wears the armband.
